Sleeping through-or not

Justice and Destiny did not sleep through until they were 28 months. I
honestly thought I was losing my mind. I got at best 2 or 3 interrupted
hours of sleep per night. I attributed it to almost 5 months in the NICU,
but who knows why really? Last spring in desperation I threw out all
the advice people gave me about not letting them sleep with me, put them
both with me and had my first full night's sleep in over two years. It's
still not perfect but a heck of a lot better than it used to be. Of
course, I have no spouse to worry about so I realize that this may not be
an option for everyone, but the family bed works for me.
