Yes, all premies do have that "look."  Long thin faces, chubby cheeks, 
and chubby thighs.  I can tell a premie at ten paces! Our neonatologist, 
the fabulous  Ayman El-Mohandes, M.D. at George Washington University 
Hospital in Washington, D.C. explained that it is because these babies 
are literally lying on the sides of their faces rather than floating inside.
Their soft bones get molded to the shape of the beds they are lying on.  
The chubby cheeks and thighs come from the fats they are fed 
intravenously (remember the yellow IV?).  Hope that helps.
