Hi all,

Its great that there is a good text and glossary out there somewhere.  I 
still think that there would be merit for an online glossary, as was 
originally suggested.   

Maybe we could suggest that the 
author/publisher might like to put the glossary up online - it would be a 
great way to advertise the book?  Anybody got a contact for them?
