  Gang,

  I'm looking for a basic dictionary of the common things that preemie's
  encounter (ROP, ductus valves, etc), medications used (steroids, indocin,
  etc) and other terms.  Being new at this preemie thing, I've been reading
  messages sent around since I've been a member and I don't understand what
  some of this stuff is.

  Does anyone know of such a resource or is this something that we could
  put together and post as part of the site?  As we grow and our children
  (unfortunately) encounter these conditions, we could build a laymen's
  dictionary that new preemie parents, like me, could understand.
