Steve,
I was re-reading your reply to my welcome. I have to say that Taylor
has gotten so many different diagnosis about his hydro that it becomes
quite confusing. Part of the problem is that we have moved twice
since T was born and have seen a bazillion doctors. I have been told
everything from 'no visible affects', to 'mild cp and possible
retardation'.
As far as the head growth is concerned: T still has enlarged
ventricles, however, they are not too large, and according to his
latest MRI ,done in Jan., there is no appearant damage, other than
some minor scar tissue. I am told that his ventricles will always be
a little big. Sort of like a balloon that has been blown up and then
reduced. THey will always be a bit stretched out. As for the cp... He
has a 10 degree contracture of his left knee that causes him to crouch
a bit, that's it. He is a little on the weak side, but considering
all he's been through, that's pretty good.
I refuse to accept possible retardation. But I'll address that in a
separate post.

I hope Leah's fontenell continues to 'feel good'.
