Members are always encouraged to volunteer or become a committee member. The Committee of Management is elected at the Annual General Meeting each May. All members of the Frankston Toy Library are notified in advance of the meeting and are welcome to attend, vote and nominate for a position.

The AGM will be held annually every April/May.
