'Pictured here is the first Footscray returned soldier back from the 1914-18 War, Burnie Burnett. The nurse is Mrs. Louise Smith, of Parker Street (her daughter is Mrs. Ivy Duckett, of Stirling Street). The car is a Siddley Deasy.
