Friends of Baucau have strategic partnerships with groups and organisations that assist us in our development initiatives in Baucau, Timor Leste. We share a common understanding with our partners to raise awareness and maintain support for community development in Baucau.

Australian Volunteers International
Australian Volunteers International (AVI) has a Memorandum of Understanding with Friends of Baucau to work together to raise funds and develop awareness about Timor Leste. Through this partnership AVI provides an Australian Volunteer based in Baucau, Timor Leste.

Coffee Mio
Coffee Mio is a valued partner of Friends of Baucau. Coffee Mio assist Friends of Baucau initiatives by producing, packaging and selling Timor Leste coffee beans with fifty per cent of the profit going to the people of Baucau.

RMIT University
RMIT University has a Memorandum of Understanding with Friends of Baucau and the Cities of Yarra and Darebin to support the people of Baucau through community-to-community links.

Alola Foundation and the Friendship Schools Relationship
The Friendship Schools Project-Friends of Baucau, in partnership with the Alola Foundation, links schools in Baucau with schools in Australia in an exciting initiative that promotes cross-cultural learning and global understanding. The following schools are part of this program:
