THE 1st SUNBURY VENTURER UNIT
The 1st Sunbury Venturer Unit also has the name Koora Koora Cup.  This is an aboriginal term meaning the land between two waters.  This is significant to our unit because we are located between two creeks.  We are a part of the Hume District and in the Hoadley region.  We currently have 11 members.  We have one Venturer Leader and two assistant leaders.  We meet every Monday night from 7.30pm to 9.30 pm at the Learmonth Scout Hall.  This may vary depending on our planned activites.  Most of our activites are in the hall but we have many nights and weekend out of the hall, such as when we visit service groups, scout groups or have other activities requiring us to be outdoors such as hikes, sailing and rockclimbing.
