In early 1993 some members of The Friends of Dandenong Valley Park established a sub-group of Friends to take an interest in the wetlands, situated north of High Street Road, west of Dandenong Creek, south of Highbury Road and east of the houses along King Arthur Drive and Knights Drive in Glen Waverley.

Since 1993 the Friends of Bushy Park Wetlands have been active with tree planting and obtaining community grants to provide facilities and information for park visitors.

Every few months there will be a Feature article regarding our Park. The best Feature articles will be added to the Gallery. See the Gallery for articles on Birds, Possums, Snakes, Tree Planting & Propagation, etc.

The Web Pages are always being updated. For your convenience, the More Information page now links to a Search Engine and has links to other related home pages like Lizards.

We hope you enjoy this visit to our web site and we welcome your input to the care and management of Bushy Park Wetlands.
