Membership Details:
We currently have a membership of over 50 with ages ranging from their early teens to their eighties. This includes 6 Life members at present who have been involved with us for nearly our entire 40+ year history. We are always only too happy to welcome new members, whether they want to participate on stage, back stage, help in other areas, sing with the Choristers, or just join us to show their support. There is always lots to do, and our members are our back-bone.
Membership subscription runs from the Annual General Meeting until the next A.G.M. - normally held in late November or early December, and covers our members for the Monthly newsletter, and our insurance covers (including Publ;ic Liability and Voluntary Workers). Our current rates are shown below and are only a small amount for the many benefits that we offer.
We run bus trips to several shows, not only in country areas, but also in Melbourne, we offer different social gatherings, and, of course, our members are invited to participate in our productions in whatever capacity they wish. . . some want to be on stage, some wish to work back stage, on make-up, lighting, costumes, sets, etc., some want to help out during the performances in the kitchen, or front-of-house as ushers, selling programmes, etc.
We have something for everyone!
