The Public Record Office is the primary secure archive for records related to state and municipal government in Victoria. Its holdings include construction and maintenance records related to all the public works departments, including lands, surveys, roads, bridges, railways, mining, gas, electricity, water supply, irrigation, ports and public buildings dating from Colonial Victoria.
The prime purposes of this visit are:
