Tour of the
Royal Australian Signals Museum

Engineering Heritage Australia (Victoria) has arranged a tour of the Australian Army Signals Museum to allow members to view the evolution of military communication equipment and the historic artefacts in the collection.

The Army has established this museum at the Simpson Barracks, Macleod. The Melway reference for the Barracks entrance is Map 20 D7, the position of the museum within the barracks is also shown on the Melway at co-ordinates G7.

Members coming on the tour must bring some photographic identification such as a Drivers Licence or Passport to gain entry to the Barracks. The tour will start at the Museum at 14.00 hrs so allow sufficient time to pass through the required security checks before the tour.

The number of members that can be accommodated on the tour is limited so
REGISTRATION IS NECESSARY.
