What’s a toy library?
It’s the biggest toy box you’ve ever seen!
It’s a place where you can borrow toys, puzzles and costumes for up to three weeks at a time.
Where is the Elwood Toy Library?
You’ll find us at the rear of the Elwood Neighbourhood Learning Centre at 87 Tennyson Street in Elwood.

When is Elwood Toy Library open?
We’re open on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 9.30 to 11.30am.
New members can join any time.
Who can join?
Anybody can! Residents of the City of Port Philip are especially welcome.
How does the Elwood Toy Library operate?
We’re a not-for-profit community organisation with a voluntary committee of management.
Members pay annual fees and contribute an item for the end-of-year raffle. Concession rates are available. Everyone is expected to take part in the weekly roster, four times a year.
