The vehicle is a 1999  FRR 550  Type 3 light pumper,
 It is the primary response vehicle (the first out the door) to all fires and incidents  (unless otherwise advised).
 It has a pump rated at 3000 litres per minute (1000 gpm) and carries 1200 litres  of water,
 100 litres of class A and 200 litres of class B foam concentrate.
