FINANCIAL REPORT Mark Samuel-King spoke to this. A full financial report will be tabled at a special general meeting. There had been no expenses, and there were 44 individual members and 11 organisational members. There is a need to pay GST on these memberships which totalled approximately $200. There was to be approx $26K income from the Community Networking conference. Moved by Stuart Hall and by acclamation that the verbal report be received and the report awaited from the new Treasurer. It was also suggested that the appointment of the auditor be delayed the appointment of the special general meeting. 4. CONSTITUTIONAL CHANGES Model rules are not adequate. A subcommittee is to be established by Mark Samuel-King and Cheryl Langdon Orr & John Perrymeant to development constitutional amendments for the special general meeting. 6.
