Geoff trained as an actor at The Victorian College of the Arts and works predominantly in both improvised and musical theatre as a performer, teacher and director. 

For the Victorian Arts Centre he co-devised Jaws the Musical and Murder to Die For (Melbourne International Comedy Festivals 95 and 96). 

Geoff wishes it to be known that he has never studied in Paris, or London and thinks Lecoq is a brand of sports clothing. He wishes to dedicate his performance to Karen Black.
