Seagrass Beds and Fauna of St Kilda Harbour

This report was funded by a Coast and Clean Seas under the Coastal Monitoring Program and is administered by Department of Natural Resources and Environment.

Zoe Hogg was instrumental in recruiting the initial group from within St Kilda's Earthcare group to participate in an update project. Zoe has acted as facilitator and mentor to all volunteers involved.

Guy Werner and Matthew McArthur from the Queenscliff marine Science Centre, NRE provided expertise and enthusiasm to the project at all times.

Martin Reeves of Rhizome Design provided us with his computer expertise in the analysis of seagrass areas from aerial photographs.

Heavy metal analysis was conducted by Australian Water Technologies (Pty Ltd) and the advice provided by their staff from the analytical and consulting services was invaluable to our group.
