The speakers we have been trying for are unable to attend this month so we have arranged two videos to broaden you horizons.

One is about child soldiers (mainly in Africa) and the other is about Oxfam's response to conflict in countries in which they are working.

Join Eltham Amnesty International at a panel discussion on the current state of human rights in Australia and the legal, economic and social consequences of governmental policies and legislations.


Amnesty International (Eltham Group) Human Rights Forum, will be conducted in conjunction with the Latrobe University, Faculty of Management, School of Law and Legal Studies, and will be held at the Eltham Bookshop on Thursday 21 April 2005, commencing at 7.00 p.m. with a $5.00 refreshment charge on admission.

Please support this event by encouraging your friends and relatives to attend with you as it promises to be a very informative evening with contributions from highly credentialled presenters.
