AMERICA VS. THE

Roy Thomas was able to tell the history of the Justice Society in his 1985 four part mini-series, "America Vs  The Justice Society. Whilst the story was essentially based upon the JSA seeking to refute the accusations of treason contained in the diary of the Late Batman, it encapsulates the group's diverse and rich history by retelling their golden, silver and bronze age adventures.

This series was the catalyst for this webpage.  The All Star Comics cover reproductions that were printed on the back, the wealth of historical annotations and the listings of re-prints all fascinated me.  Indeed the listings of reprints formed the basis of my "want" list for many years!

These four issues are a MUST for any JSA fan's collection, both for the pleasurable reading material (Hey, you get the Wizard, Per Degaton and much, much more!) and as a historical JSA reference guide.  Thank you Roy! (& thanks to Jerry Ordway for the wonderful covers!)
