The first "revived" crossover between the new JSA & new JLA took place in issues 28-31 of JLA.  The JSA and Captain Marvel assist the JLA in repelling the Invasion from the 5th Dimension in
"Crisis times Five"!

Many thanks to my mate in Chile, Esteban Pedreros, for forwarding me a copy of the Spanish language edition of this JLA/JSA Crisis-crossover.  DC's Spanish editions contain four of the US issues and they look like a slightly slimmer version of the DC Trade paperbacks....only in Spanish.  There is a new Spanish language cover to the first edition, and all four of the original covers are reproduced inside.
