Having taken over the Bahdnisian Hex-Thunderbolt of his Namesake the criminal Johnny Thunder of Earth-One orders T-bolt to alter events so that the members of the Justice League no longer exist as heroes.  After the intervention of the Justice Society, trying to track down their own Johnny Thunder, the T-bolt is forced to replace the League with the evil Johnny's gang.    After a titanic battle the evil Johnny facing defeat and having  taken enough punishment tells the T-bolt that "he wishes that none of this had ever happened."   Just the command the Thunderbolt needs to return everything to its proper order, as if the story had never taken place.
