Play is given the greatest priority within our program as play is the basis of all learning and encourages creativity, self-expression and independence.

It is our belief that children need to feel positive about their own self worth; therefore, it is of utmost importance that each child values themselves for what they are and what they can offer to others.

The staff model appropriate behaviours and provide guidance where necessary to help children socialise, develop respect for one another, assume responsibilities for their actions and resolve conflicts.

The success of our program is reliant on a positive partnership between parents and staff. It is not only the influence of pre-school staff, but that of parents, peers and the general community that helps to achieve the overall growth in the child.
