The Deep Lead Art Group was formed by Carmel Loats of Deep Lead. The first workshop was held on 27th May 1996 with Thea Tucker as Tutor. In 2001 we had 15 regular members attending. The group meet every Monday at the Deep Lead Hall on the Western Highway at Deep Lead via Stawell, Victoria
Members meet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Bring your own lunch.
New members are most welcome.

| THEA TUCKER.
Thea was born 12 September 1930 at Horsham. The only daughter of Edward & Louisa Dahlenberg, she lived on the family farm at Dahlen. She attended Clarendon Ladies College Ballarat for many years. She had three sons Paul, Lance, & Craig. Thea had been painting for over 30 years. And had taken the Deep Lead Group for five years, until her passing on 19th February 2001. |
