The proverb says "Still waters run deep".
And no doubt the meaning implies that calm and quiet people have significant depth of character, spirit and abilities.
Peter Waters may well be the exception to the rule and his attitude to life is best summed up in his own words.
"Cerebral Palsy only affects my motor co-ordination system, not my intellect, and is one of the most common forms of disability in the world"
This WATERS runs amazingly deep but he's never still.
His business provides people in the wider community with
a better understanding of the needs, rights and concerns of people with
disabilities.
