The Dandenong Districts Annual General Meeting is held at the end of the Summer Track & Field season which also incorporates the Athletes Trophy and Award Presentation. For the AGM to take place, 70% of the club must be present. Nominations are also required for a new Committee for the following season and are voted for at this meeting. 

The meeting takes around 30 minutes which is then followed by the Trophy presentation.
