Dear Member,

Thank you for supporting Beverley and me in our endeavour to 'leave something behind'. Thank you also for trusting us with the stories and photos we are about to commit to posterity, especially to those who wrote on behalf of others.

To date sixty members of the Daffodil Squadron have contributed.

A copy of 'the book' is to be lodged with the Forest Hill Museum, another with the RAAF Museum.

The purpose of this letter is for each of you to advise me regarding the number of copies of 'the book' you wish to purchase.

There are two blank numbered facing pages in the body of 'the book' for members of our group to write their own private memoirs, if they wish.

One copy of 'the book' will be presented to each purchaser that attends the Perth reunion, which will be the 'official book launch'. No copies will be distributed prior to this event. All copies not delivered at the launch will be posted upon our return from Perth. Photographs will also be returned at this time.

The purchase price will be $24:00.

Postage, if applicable, to be added at the rate of $8:60 to any destination in Australia making a total of $32:60. Each book will be posted separately in a sealed plasticised Australia Post satchel envelope.

Please complete the following proforma and return it to Peter Henson with an appropriate amount of money. Make cheque or money order payable to P&B Henson.
