The following proposals from members have
been prepared by the Webmaster and are presented here in order of receipt.
Summaries of costs are estimated on a per-head-per-night basis by the editor and
tabled for ease of comparison only.
The quality or full details of each
venue is not known for all proposals at this stage.
Each proposal is presented here for
consideration by the Members at this time.
Detailed description, costing and
itineraries will be called for once a venue is agreed by the Members (E-Poll).
Amendments will be made if advised to
the editor.

No breakfast costs have been included. All apartments have kitchen
facilities, but breakfast is available as per attached accommodation costing.

Programme could easily be extended to 3 day/4 nights as you can
see it is a fairly busy time.

Some of the costs are based on 2008 others on 2009. But they won't vary
much and if this venue is decided upon, more fine-tuning and costing is easily
done.

Another possible venue is Sea World Nara Resort but the accommodation
costs is more expensive and there is no need for buses as you walk to Sea World
and the Stradbroke Island Cruise would pick up at
their wharf.
