Brigid Clarke and Vince Humphries are looking for accommodation in Copenhagen: December 21 to 31
Hi. We are a family of 5: A couple and 3 young adult children, planning to spend Christmas in Copenhagen so we can join our son who has been studying mathematics at Copenhagen University. We are looking for a fully furnished home to rent/house sit from the 21 December – 31 December 2009. We have lived in Copenhagen in the past, and are very much looking forward to being able to celebrate Danish Christmas again and visit old friends.
We can be contacted on brigidclarke@netscape.net Many thanks Brigid and Vince
Jens and Gay Staurup from Melbourne have rented out their house so they are now looking for a place to stay in Copenghagen
House wanted (preferably Bagsværd area in Denmark) from April 2010.
Jens and Gay Staurup have decided they would like to spend a year in Denmark to be nearer their family in Bagsvaerd and enjoy all Denmark has to offer.
“We plan to be there in April next year and spend most of the time there - will take some sorties out as well. As always there is the issue of where to stay and we are in the process of looking. We are asking all our friends if they know of anyone who may have a house to rent out, preferably for the whole time or say four months at a time. it would need to be big enough so that we can have children coming to spend weekends etc with us. better if it were on a train route and say within 50kms of Copenhagen. Could be a summer house or fritidshus for the summer months and then something nearer town for the winter.
So we are asking you to please put out the word for us. We have always managed to find something so please help us again.
Looking forward to hearing from you, one way or another. Love from us and looking forward to seeing you. Jens and Gay staurup@gmail.com;
