Dear Members and friends 26/3/09

Thankyou all for coming tonight. The year has been good but more members would be better. In our last newsletter, you may remember, “when a “NEW” member sends in their membership and nominates YOU….then your next annual membership is free!. I hope many members “promote” DACS to their Danish friends.
We have vacancies on the DACS committee. After I finish I will give out nomination forms. Please come and join us. I will still remain president and my “merry band” of Julie, Lance, Jennifer and Annette….I would like to sincerely thank them for a good year. Thankyou also to Iain Harris who quietly does our newsletter.
To the Swedish Church, I would like to thank them for always making the surroundings “hyggelig” and welcoming us regularly. To show our gratitude DACS is making a donation to the Church. We also are making donations to the Danish Church Vic., the Danish Choir and the Danish School.
