IAN HARVEY took out the honour of scoring the fastest century in the recently completed English season. He compiled 104 in 68 minutes (12 fours & 6 sixes) for Gloustershire against Derbyshire. His 100 came up after 63 minutes.
The Australian Cricket Board recently announced it was selling out a part of our cricket heritage by re-naming the national competition after a milk company. Vic-Cricket, along with many cricket fans, is disappointed and dismayed that the ACB would make such a soulless decision.
