Travels extensively throughout outback Australia, taking
photographic records which are the basis of her large pastels. Smaller
sketches are done on site in pastel pencil. Recently Katy has been
sketching with fabric pens on quilters muslin, specializing in native
orchids and iris, on 20cm squares suitable for using in quilts, patchwork
etc.
