It was a very special day for 3MGB presenter Lisa Drobeck and her family last Sunday as they celebrated Lisa's 18^th birthday. Lisa, who currently presents Listen In, a contemporary music program airing on Fridays from 4 - 6 pm, started her association with 3MGB in 1997 though the school based program New Kids On The Block. In 2000 also with co-presenter     Shelley   Groom,

Lisa became a regular youth presenter with the Shelley & Lisa show. In 2002 Lisa went solo in the Friday 4 - 6pm time slot and renamed her show LIsten In. Lisa is currently studying Year 12 at the Mallacoota P-12 College and is a very talented flautist and member of the Community Band. Congratulations Lisa on turning 18 from all your friends at 3MGB.

While new presenter Jake Owen has just commenced at 3MGB he is no stranger to Mallacoota. Jake, who will be hosting the Tuesday Lunchbox show is a nephew to Gary Owen long time resident of Mallacoota and Jake has been visiting Mallacoota since he was a toddler. Many people may remember Jake when he performed in several Mallacoota festivals as part of the circus troupe The Gippsland Gliders. Jake is working at IGA and is also teaching guitar and band at the Mallacoota P-12 College. Jake is a talented guitar player and an inspiration to his students. Tuesday Lunchbox will present alternative and soft rock.
