July '02 - Shelley Groom's appearances on the Shelley & Lisa show had become quite spasmodic so Lisa officially went solo and renamed the show Listen In.
May '00 - Lisa and Shelley left the Teen Spirits roster to start their own imaginatively titled weekly show, the Shelley & Lisa show.
February '00 - Lisa and Shelley joined the Teen Spirits roster having graduated from New Kids On The Block.
