About us
Coonara school has over 30 years of education experience. It has its roots in the home-schooling system and still holds true to the home schooling philosophy of caring for and nurturing each and every child.
The school is situated adjacent to parkland at 22 Willow Road, Upper Ferntree Gully, about 40 km from Melbourne and at the foot of the Dandenong Ranges.
Coonara School is an independent, parent-run school and is a member of the Association of Independent Schools Victoria (AISV)
