The Ditmar Awards
The Ditmar Awards (Australian Science Fiction Achievement Awards) are named after Martin James Ditmar (Dick) Jenssen, a founding member of the Melbourne Science Fiction Club, and began in 1969. Martin financially supported the award until about 1975.
