Room Hire:

Having a party? Need space to hold a meeting?

We hire rooms to community and commercial groups at reasonable hourly rates.

Pricing: $10.00 for community and $20.00 Commercial plus GST. Please contact our office for booking arrangements.

Community Groups that use Clota Cottage:

Parent to Parent, BABS, Centre for Chinese Studies, plus your group if you would like to use our facilities.

We at Clota Cottage have useful information about upcoming events within the community and we can also provide you with information that makes it easier to get in touch with government departments or with any help that you require. We have a public notice board inside the main foyer with pamphlets. Please feel free to ask our staff if you require further assistance.

Disabled Access & Parents with Pram Access:

We have a Ramps for the Disabled and for Prams, etc located at front and rear of the building.

To enrol into any of our workshops or courses please call our office or email us and we will happy to provide you with the enrolment information or enrolment forms. Payments can be made either cash or cheque.

Membership:

Memberships are avalable to Clota Cottage for an annual fee of $5.00 Enjoy discounts to some classes, invitations to events and voting rights at our Annual General Meeting.

Refunds:

Full refunds are given if a class is cancelled. Refunds will not be given after a class has commenced without a doctor's certificate and an administration fee may be charged. If you have any questions about refunds please discuss with the Manager.

Waiting Lists:

Some of our classes do use waiting lists if a class is full so please enquire about waiting lists if the class you want is full then you have the option of joining the waiting list for the course you would like to participate.

If you have difficulty paying your class fee, alternative arrangements can be made, please discuss payment options with the Manager
