Our english classes cover subjects such as Reading and Writing, Conversation and current events. These classes are ideal for adults from a non-english speaking background who did not complete secondary school education. the classes follow the nationally accredited Certificate in General Education for Adults (CGEA) our classes are held at both Clota Cottage Neighbourhood House or Box Hill South Neighbourhood House located at 47 Kitchener St. Box Hill Sth

FEES:

All ACFE FUNDED CLASSES ARE CHARGED A COURSE FEE OF $1.37 PER STUDENT CONTACT HOUR. STUDENTS IN RECEIPT OF A RECOGNISED GOVERNMENT CONCESSION CARD WILL BE CHARGED THE MINIMUM TUITION FEE OF $55 PER YEAR. STUDENTS ARE ALSO REQUIRED TO PAY A STUDENT AMENITIES FEE OF $10 PER TERM. Please ask for a CGEA brochure or ask at the office for the course fee total.

Concessions are also available to students experiencing difficulties, arrangements will need to be negotiated with the manager.
