This year's general meetings will be held on
the FIRST WEDNESDAY of each* month
at the Oakleigh Centre,
773 Warrigal Road, Oakleigh

(There is no General Meeting in January or the months when Auctions are held [usually April and October].
Committee meetings are normally held on the Friday of the week following the General Meeting/Auction.)

Elaine Turner Memorial Art & Photographic Competition

Judging takes place at the September meeting.
The Art Competition is divided into Senior and Junior sections, with the juniors being further separated into Primary and Secondary School divisions.
The Photographic Competition is an Open event.

Home Display Tank Competition

Display tanks in homes/fish houses are judged for
their appeal as ... fish tanks.

For the benefit of our far-flung members and those with white carpets, a Video Home Show is also conducted.

TABLE SHOW CALENDAR

Two shows are run concurrently at every general meeting, one for Africans and one for New World cichlids.
Asian and Madagascan cichlids can be entered at any time, having regard for the special conditions in June (dwarfs) and August (pairs).
