Six men were rushed to the
Western Hospital after being overcome
by carbon monoxide gas at Louis Dreyfus
Meats in Mc Donald Road Brooklyn.
Another six were treated for symptoms
ranging from dizziness to nose-bleeds.

Broadmeadows Magistrates' Court after
being found guilty on a charge of air
pollution on August 27 1991

Leak of Hydrogen
Sulphide into the air from Albright and
Wilson's Nissan plant on the Maribyrnong
because of a failure in a pump. Reported
to EPA and plant shut down for one night.
Further action promised.
