Vision statement / Artistic goals: MMGC is an non-auditioned mass community choir singing the passionate and soulful music of gospel from Africa to African-American, Pacific Islands to popular, and from traditional to contemporary styles

Previous musical experience: Music Director of Melbourne Singers of Gospel choir for 6.5 years, including recording of CD, several season of gigs at The Famous Speigeltent, Federation Square, Vodafone Arena, collaborations with Kate Ceberano; numerous community-based gigs, development of choir soloists, etc; Music Director of Naked Male acapella quartet 2000-2004; wide range of gospel singing workshops for general public and established choirs around Victoria, led gospel stream at Boite Daylesford Singers Festival 2008, Co-Music Director of Melbourne Millenium Chorus 2007
