The Chinese Health
Foundation of Australia was established in February 1994,
with a mission to promote community health amongst
Chinese Australians. It is a non-profitable, charitable
and voluntary organisation, and is governed by the Board
of Directors. It is a registered company under Division 1
of Part 2.2 of the Corporations Law of Victoria and is an
incorporated company. It is a public company and limited
by guarantee.
Mission

of Chinese ethnicity to increase control over, and to
improve, their health.
