The units give an understanding of how learning occurs; how to apply that knowledge in a variety of situations; how to plan, organise, deliver and evaluate training sessions; and covers the terminology used in training. These two units act as a type of condensed version of the complete course and are suitable for people teaching non-accredited courses.
