	How we can help?				The Centre provides talks and seminars to community groups, schools, clubs, trader and landlord groups on consumer and tenancy rights and responsibilities. We use the media , both print and radio extensively to warn consumers of scams and to empower the community with information. The Centre maintains an extensive resource library of pamphlets, books, videos and legislation that can be accessed by the community.

					Community Action:
					The Centre keeps records about the sorts of problems that consumers and tenants have. From these records we can develop strategies to bring about changes to persistent problems. We can report breaches of legislation to the appropriate goverment bodies for investigation. The Centre networks with other tenancy and consumer workers throughout Victoria to identify issues of concern and recommend to the goverment and its servants that these be addressed in the interest of a fair and equitable market place.
