The Consumer and Tenant Resource Centre (CATRCOE) is a community group funded by Consumer and Business Affairs Victoria to provide free consumer and tenancy information to the people of the Shire of Yarra Ranges and the Cities of Knox and Maroondah.

The Agency has been operating since 1985 and is administered by a voluntary Committee of Management that oversees the running of the Agency.

$2.20 p.a for individuals or $5.50 p.a for groups.
