About the Collectors' Exhibition....
Welcome to the information page for The Collectors' Exhibition - a selected exhibition of Australian contemporary art - held in Melbourne in February 2005. Works from artists Australia-wide were selected for this showcase of contemporary art practice. The next Collectors' Exhibition is scheduled for May 2006.
In this presentation of artworks we aim to attract the attention of serious collectors of contemporary art as well as of budding collectors who are establishing a collection - by introducing the viewer to a spectrum of artworks gathered together in the one place. Please take the time to look at works from the artists listed below from our most recent Collectors' Exhibition held in February 2005!

We have a limited amount of catalogues remaining, so for those of you who were unable to visit The Collectors' Exhibition at Steps Gallery last February, and still don't have one, we can send you this informative 96 page souvenir catalogue which includes B/W images of all the 120 works in the show, plus information on each of the 98 artists.
