BIOGRAPHY
Androulla Paraskeva was born in Cyprus on the 20th of November, 1943.
She immigrated with her parents to Australia in 1951 where they settled in the inner Melbourne suburb of Carlton. Her formal education in art commenced with the successful completion of a two year diploma course at Prahran Technical School in 1961-2, This was followed by a further two year course of study in art at the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology.
In 1966 Androulla travelled extensively through Europe. She settled initially in Cyprus where she married, and then in Athens, Greece.
In 1969 Androulla returned with her young family to Australia where she pursued a two year teaching assignment in are at Niddrie Technical School.
In 1972 the family returned to Greece and Androulla has since that time taught art privately and undertaken commissioned assists for a number of corporate entities both in Europe and Australia.
Her Work was featured in the Pan Hellenic Art Exhibition of 1975.
Androulla returned to Australia in 1986 and now pursues her passion for art whilst visiting her family which is now spread between Australia, United Kingdom, Cyprus and Greece.
