Artist's statement
Father Time sits on the seat
that contains food, water and a spare set of underwear. In his boat
he travels the world following the progress of the sun. The owl
representing wisdom and the pussy cat representing the heart and home
travel with him, complete with their supply of honey. The pussy cat
sits on their five pound note to keep it dry and safe.
