The bookmarks in the table below are all the "Black Magic" pattern from Mary Konior's book "Tatting with Visual Patterns". My favourite bookmark pattern. I tend to use it on exchange threads I get. Combined with another colour it's usually enough for a decent size bookmark.

This one uses DMC Cebelia no. 747 for the chain thread, and Manuela no. 204 for the rings. The Manuela was an exchange thread from Tatman (Mark Myers). | |

My lucky cousin got these two for Christmas 2000. =) The multicoloured one is good ol' size 20 white DMC again ( my favourite mixer ), and size 20 Coats Mercer crochet cotton no.9427. It's based on the "Clover" edging by Mary Konior on page 36 of "Tatting with Visual Patterns" The blue one is totally
original and a real cotton mish-mash.... The lighter blue centre flowers
are size 20 DMC Cebelia ( colours 799 and 800 ), the dark blue flowers are
a Hungarian made size 20 cotton (Sullivan's) Mum found somewhere many
years ago. ( There's a Sullivan's make crochet cotton in
