Lifting weights and competing in Bodybuilding, Olympic Lifting and Powerlifting has been my lifelong passion, made lots of mistakes along the way but also hopefully helped many aspiring weight trainers to continue to improve and achieve their goals. I’ve travelled the world competing and made lots of friends and have enjoyed every moment.
